Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We strive to ship your order quickly and for a fair price. 

Most orders placed by 12:00pm Monday - Friday are shipped within 48 - 72 hours.  We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.  We will notify you as soon as possible if there is a delay in shipping to you.  We ship merchandise via UPS Ground and on occasion, USPS. 

Although the shipping cost quoted is accurate 99% of the time, mistakes are occasionally made and we reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost after you place your order.  If this happens, we will contact you first before an adjustment is made. 

Damaged Shipments

Indicate DAMAGED when you sign for the material.  Keep the shipping carton.  Hold the goods.  Call 1-800-428-8004 or email PrecoPowerEquipment@yahoo.com for instructions.  Note:  You must report damaged goods within 10 days of date of invoice.

Special Orders

Special Order parts that are not in stock can take approximately 1 -2  weeks to get in.  Because it is a Special Order, your credit card will be charged at the time of the order.  Please Note, Returns will be subject to a 20% Manufacturer's restocking charge.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we may back-order it for you.  You will be notified by phone or email as soon as we know that the item is back-ordered, usually within 1-7 days.  In the event your item is back-ordered you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.  Please call 1-800-428-8004 or email PrecoPowerEquipment@yahoo.com and cancel the item(s) ordered.

Truck Freight Shipments

Items too heavy or too large for standard ground shipments will be shipped by truck.  Please call us for a freight quote.  Include your daytime phone number on the order form so the carrier can schedule merchandise delivery to bemade.  Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments.  An additional lift gate charge may apply if the driver unloads the merchandise.  Therefore, it is best to arrange drop off at a comercial location where a fork lift is available.

Sales Tax Charges

For orders made within the US where Preco Power Equipment Supply retains a retail location, in Massachusetts, sales tax will be applied to online purchases placed through www.PrecoParts.com.  All online orders placed from US states outside of Massachusetts will not be subject to sales tax.

RETURNS

These are PrecoParts.com Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from PrecoParts.com

You have 30 days from the original invoice date to return a product.  Customer is responsible for the shipping charge to send products back to PrecoParts.com

  • No returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization.  Please call 1-800-428-8004 to receive authorization and instructions on how to return your merchandise.  There will be a 35% restocking charge except for defective merchandise.  No returns on special orders or merchandise that is used or shows sign of wear or damage.  No returns on electrical components.  No returns after 30 days.
  • Products that are not eligable for return, will be sent back to you at your cost if received by us.  This would include:  Any product not purchased from PrecoParts.com; Any product that has been installed or used; Any product that is returned without all of the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product; Any product that exhibits physical damage.

Please Note:  Any product returned to PrecoParts.com must be new, unused, complete and less than 30 days of the original invoice date.  Anything else will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.  We reserve the right to refuse any return or charge a 35% processing charge for any return.  Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Shipping or Website Errors

Should the customer receive product not expressly ordered either by our shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge.

Special Orders

REFUNDS

According to U.S. law, refund credits can only be returned back to the card of original purchase.

DECKS

Decks are sold as final sale (not returnable).  Please allow a customer service representative to assist you in this kind of purchase in order to guarantee that you are receiving the correct product.

ELECTRICAL 

 Electrical items are sold as final sale (not returnable).

MANUALS

Manuals are sold as final sale (not returnable).

GASKETS

Gaskets and seals are sold as final sale (not returnable).
